2011 GRANT AWARD RECIPIENTS

Agency Background: Junior Achievement of Southern Arizona's mission is to educate and inspire young people to succeed in a global economy by teaching them critical skills in workforce readiness, financial literacy and entrepreneurship.

Focus of the 2011 SCCF Grant: Doolen Middle School Program Continue the program at Doolen Middle School where 69% of their youth have been identified as at-risk of dropping out. The program will target students in 6th & 7th grades as well as initiate life skills programs into the 8th grade group.
